Terms of Service
Effective date: August 7, 2026 · Private preview
1. Private preview
These terms govern your use of the private Eli preview provided by TwoToed ("we", "us", "our"). Access is personal, revocable, and not generally available.
2. What Eli is
Eli is an AI companion designed to support reflection about life, faith, goals, and relationships. Eli is not human, a licensed counselor or therapist, a physician, an emergency service, or a pastor with spiritual or ecclesial authority.
3. Important limitations
AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Do not rely on Eli as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or major life decisions. Eli cannot determine God's will or provide divine revelation. Keep your own judgment and involve trusted people or qualified professionals when appropriate.
4. Emergencies
Eli is not equipped to provide emergency assistance. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and a trusted person who can be physically present.
5. Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity performed through it.
6. Your content
You retain your rights in what you submit. You permit us and our service providers to host and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and maintain Eli.
7. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, use it to violate law or another person's rights, or probe and extract private system instructions or other users' data.
8. Availability and changes
A private preview may change, lose data, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We may restrict or terminate access to protect the service or comply with law.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoToed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
